Christine brings many tools and areas of expertise to each individual yoga session. Clients under her supervision have lost weight, increased their personal strength, stamina, endurance, and vitality. She consistently calms and helps provide a safe space for practice of pranayama (breath awareness) and being in the present moment with ease through a mediative state of mind.
