She facilitates private and group lessons, helping empower people through the science and art of yoga. Christine’s varied experience include Vinyasa Flow, Bikram, Ashtanga, Yin, Iyengar, SUP yoga and Chair yoga forms. Being with Christine allows you to create a union between mind and body.
