Don't ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive and then go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.

This has helped her to gain a creative edge in her own personal practice through breath, movement, contemplation and self-awareness.
She encourages her clients and students to awaken to their innate healing abilities by providing tools that are accessible, effective and enjoyable.
